For example, peeling, indentation, corrosion, cracks, abrasion, etc. are all reflected in the vibration detection of metallurgical bearings, so the special metallurgical bearing vibration measuring device (frequency analyzer) is adopted. And the vibration meter, etc.) can measure the magnitude of the vibration, and the specific situation of the abnormal vibration can be inferred by the frequency distribution. The measured value differs depending on the use condition of the metallurgical bearing or the installation position of the sensor, and therefore it is necessary to pre-process each machine. The measured values are analyzed and compared to determine the criterion.

Second, the temperature of metallurgical bearings

Usually the temperature of the metallurgical bearing rises slowly as the operation begins, reaching a steady state after 1 to 2 hours. The normal temperature of metallurgical bearings varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation are not suitable, the temperature of the metallurgical bearing will rise sharply and abnormal temperature will occur. At this time, it is necessary to stop the machine and take necessary precautions.

Third, the lubricant of metallurgical bearings

Lubrication has an important influence on the fatigue life of metallurgical bearings and friction, wear, temperature rise, vibration, etc. Without normal lubrication, metallurgical bearings cannot work. Analysis of the causes of metallurgical bearing damage indicates that about 40% of metallurgical bearing damage is related to poor lubrication, so good lubrication of metallurgical bearings is an effective measure to reduce the friction and wear of metallurgical bearings.
